| Out towards Payson Via Canal road, I felt pretty good considering this only my second run in over a week... My average pace was 9:05 with a total time of 47:52, I finished up with some upper body weights and some push-ups.

| Went to the river trail and ran a little bit. It was nice not having to dodge cars and construction and all. I ran up from the park to the bathrooms and then back, it was almost 7 miles. My average pace was 9:02 with a total time of 1:01:05, I finished up with some lower body weights.

| 61 Minutes elliptical. To cold out there for this wuss! Lower body weights and push-ups to finish up. It was a good workout and a pretty good week for me this week. I need to get better and incorporate everyday in.
