| Mart rate was though the roof on my way back. I must have been dehydrated. I realize that I didn't have any water yesterday so that could have been it. at least I hope that was it. My average apce was 8:43 with a totql time os 53:15, I finished up with some lower body weights.

| Out towards Payson Park but I cut out the rollers. Heart rate was a lot better this morning and more nromal which was good. My average pace was 8:27 with a total time of 52:47, I had 1 MP mile at 8:06. I finished up with some upper body weights and some push-ups.

| I felt tired at times this morning but then something clicked on the way back and the last few miles I felt pretty damn strong. Its a good feeling to have becasue I havent felt that way for a long time. I felt like I could have kept going which is a good feeling to have. My average pace was still a little slower than I'd like but I'll take it. My average pace was 9:05 with a total time of 2:17:21, my last two miles felt pretty strong and fluid.

| Usual route. I had stomach issued from the get go. I felt depleted by the time I was finished and I had no energy at all today. I felt great last week but not so much this week. My average pace was 9:10 with a total time of 2:00:38, just had no energy.
