| Harrys Hill Up. I'm feeling like I am coming down with a cold, low energy and not feeling real great but I go her done. My average apce was 9:09 with a total time of 59:12, I had 1 MP mile at 7:59. I finished up with some Lower body weights.

| Out towards Gu Corner and back, I felt pretty good this morning and just enjoyed the morning. My pace was pretty decent, at least for me anyway, at 8:28 with a total time of 1:01:20. I finished up with some lower Body weights. It was a good end to the week. I just need to be more consistant, I missed a few days this week and I need to stop doing that.

| Salem Days 5K Route extended. I felt pretty decent again and I just tried to take it easy on the uphill and not over do it on the downhill. My average pace was 8:31 with a total time of 53:11, I finished up with upper weights and some push-ups.
