| Out towards Payson and back. I felt okay but I took it easy where I am going skiing later today so I didn;t want to over do it. It sucks getting old! | Out towards Gu Corner and back. I felt pretty good. Just trying to get use to running more distance on Saturday. My average pace was 9:08 with a total time of 1:14:18, I finished up with some lower body weights and some push-ups. I need to get more consistant during the week. Its always something.
