Out towards Payson winding around the Damn construction. I felt a little better today which was a nice surprise. My average pace was 9:00 with a total time of  55:10, I finished up with some upper body weights and some pushups.

Out to Mini Gu Corner and back, I was a little labored on the way out but felt better on the way back. It was a good end to the week. Finished up wioth some lower body weights. My average pace was 9:05 with a total time of 1:05:49.

Uphill and some downhill today. I felt okay but I have a lot of work to do. I had 1 MP mile on the down hill, 8:05, my average pace was 9:15 with a total time of 56:47. I finished up with some lower body weights and some pushups.

Out towards Payson and back. I felt okay but I took it easy where I am going skiing later today so I didn;t want to over do it. It sucks getting old! My average pace was 9:19 with a total time of 47:35, I finished up with some upper body weights and some push-ups. It was a good way to start out the day.

Out towards Gu Corner and back. I felt pretty good. Just trying to get use to running more distance on Saturday. My average pace was 9:08 with a total time of 1:14:18, I finished up with some lower body weights and some push-ups. I need to get more consistant during the week. Its always something.

Climbing up Loafer Canyon. I felt pretty decent on the way up. I kept it pretty easy and the same on the way down. I had 1 MP at 8:05, my average pace was 9:26 with a total time of 58:01. I finished up with some lower body weights and some push-ups. Great workout!
