| Just toolin and Mobbin around Salem. I felt pretty darn good. My average pace was 8:56 with a total time if 45:52, I finished up with lower body weights and push-ups. I had 1 MP mile at 8:01 and 8:14. I also went skiing earlier this morning so that is the cross training. Great work out on the legs both running and the downhill skiing.

| Out past Gu Corner and down into the riverbottoms, I felt pretty good for the distance and I hung in there pretty good for the most part. My average pace was 8:50 with a total time if 1:33:02, I finished with some lower and upper body weights and some push-ups. I need to get more consistant during the week. I need to stop missing a day here or two days there...

| Out to the River bottoms and back. I felt really weak and tired this morning, not sure why but it is what it is. My average pace was 9:03 with a total time of 1:31:50, my lower abdomen was super tender and stiff again for some reason. I thought I was done with that but for some reason it came back today. I got her done though and thats what counts.

| Loafer canyon via MT Loafer school, Tuirned towards the mailboxes. I felt really good on this and my uphill splits were faster than last week which was really good, my average pace was 8:44 with a total time of 53:54. I had 3 MP miles, 7:53, 8:02, 8:11, I finished up with some lower body weights and some push-ups. Really good run.

| The wind was miserable and cold and just damn right brutal... But, I pushed through it and did the best that I could. Average pace was 9:02 with a total time of 1:32:19, I finished up with some upper body weights and some push-ups. I was a little lazy this week... I need to get better at it like I did last week. I'm a work in progress.
