Just trying to get back into the swing of things from Covid, everything felt pretty good just tring to keep the legs moving. My average pace was 9:03 with a total time of 42:41, I finished up with some upper body weights and some push-ups.

Out towards Mini Gu but I had to stop short, I'm still super weak from covid and it sucks. My average pace was shows the lack of energy. My average was 9:25 with a total time of 41:14, I finished up with some upper and lower body weights and some push-ups.

Really rough run today... The wind about killed me, and then there was the Covid legs... Covid has wrecked me pretty good, Legs total collapsed and were total unresponsive. I felt pretty good yesterday and I thought I was tunring a corner, not even close. My average pace was not important, 10:10 average with total time of 1:12:30, Time to put this run behind me.

I Just tooled around Salem after dropping Christine at the storage unit, I felt better than Saturday but still struggling with pace and energy. My average pace was still slow at 9:18 with a total time of 48:11, I finished up with some upper body weights and some push-ups.

I just tried to wake the old legs up on the way back and it seemed to help, ran some 400 pickups at the end of each mile on the way back. Felt good enough to add one more mile once i got back to the house. Average pace waas 9:01 with a total time of 55:56, finished up with some lower body weights.

Pretty little hill extremely slow. I feel Horrible. My legs feel like I have hit wall, they are stiff and never really get loose. Frustrating. It took everything I had to just beat the 10 Minute guy... My averge pace was super slow mo at 9:53 with a total time of 52:06.

Finally my legs loosened up for a change, my lower back was still stiff and sore but I'll take todays run. I almost felt like my old self. My average pace was 8:35 with a total time of 45:04, I finished up with some upper body weights and some push-ups. It was a good start to the week.

I felt pretty good on this one. I had 1 MP mile which was 7:58, my average pace was 8:57 with a total time of 55:56, I finished up with some upper body weights and some push-ups. I felt pretty good on the up hill, my breathing was a little harder than normal but my pace was a little quicker than normal as well.

I knew this would be a pretty rough run with the short turnaround in workouts, and it was... My legs felt like the had ran a Marathon, but I got her done. Average pace was super slow Mo at 9:44 withj a total time of 49:32, I finished up with some loer body weights.

I just gutted this one out between the wind and the sore weak legs I just did the best I could. Average pace was 9:43 with a total time of 1:28:37, it was a 30 mile week for me but it wasn't real pleasant.

Out to Mini Gu Corner this morning. I felt better than pace was indicating but I tried to run some pisk-ups and my legs would not engage, so I just ran as fast as I could which wasn't very fast. My average pace was 8:55 with a total time of 54:55, I finished up with some lower body weights.

Out to the riverbottoms and back via canal road, I felt good at times and then not so good at times... It seems to be the general theme as of late and I'm just going to have to deal with it and hope that its a short term thing. My average pace was 8:49 with a total time of 1:29:33, I finished up with some lower and upper body weights and some push-ups. I hope to be more consistant next week.
