Riverbottoms loop as usual, I felt decent at times today and then not so good  at times... My pace was about like last week slower than normal. Average was 9:01 with a total time of 1:58:29, I really crashed hard on mile 13 so I decided to stop for the day... It was a warmer day for sure.

Min Gu Vian Canal road. I felt pretty good today with the pace  a little more upbeat and steady, my average was 8:40 with a total time of 1:01:59, I finished up with some lower body weights.

I just tired to loosen the old legs up, they were pretty stiff from Planting all the flowers in my yard... 40 plus flats adds up to a lot of squats and bending over and just wrecked my legs, I'm getting to old I guess to do all that in one day. Its wreckes me every year.

I started out feeling pretty decent but then at mile 9 I started to crash supper hard and I just tired to do my best... Legs were still pretty trashed from Tuesday so I kind of expected it. My average pace was slow Mo at 9:18 with a total time of 2:11:21. I had way to many VPB today, I forgot to turn my watch of for one of them so it mess with my time a bit. Oh well... I am hoping for a better week next week.

Payson Park Loop but I didn't extend to the park, I was a little tired this morning. My average pace was 9:01 with a total time of 56:19, I finished up with some upper body weights and some push-ups. Perfect temps for running.

Harry's Hill up. I felt decent on the wy up, tried not to push it, and then I had a decent downhill mile pace and then a decent mile pace on the flat. 2 MP miles at 7:48, 7:58, my average pace was 8:54 with a total time of 1:03:40. I finished up with some lower body weights.

Out to Mini Gu and back via Canal road, Struggled at times today and I had to work hard to beat the 9 minute guy... My average pace was 8:58 with a total time of 1:03:57, upper body weights later today.

Ran the Tips. Legs were super tired and non responsive for the most part, the mile or so they seemed to be a little better but it was a struggle. Mya verage pace was 9:07 with a total time of 59:33, I finished up with some lower body weights.

I just felt awful... I feel as though I'm getting weaker and slower. Oh well. To top it all off I dropped my fanny pack at the top of my street for a mile and when I came back it was gone. Crazy! Bastards. It was a great end to a tough day.

I finally felt good on a run! Its been a long time coming and I'm going to enjoy this one for a bit, pace was even and easy and fun. My average pace was 8:22 with a total time of 1:00:55, I finished up wuith some upper body weights and some push-ups. I hope it continues but I also know that I have to take the good with the bad.

Harrys Hill Down via Mt Loafer School, I felt pretty darn good again. I was a little sloppy on the downhill form wise but on the flat I was right where I want to be so that is good. I had 3 MP Miles, 7:56 downhill, 8:06 flat, 8:06 flat, my average was 8:58 with a total time of 1:04:26. It was a good uphill and downhill training. I'm going to try Loafer canyon next week.

Extended a little more this morning as my legs seem to be coming around, hopwfully I am on the right course and finally turning the corner on the way that I have been feeling. I slept in this morning so I ran after work. Out to Payson Park and Back Via canal road, pace was pretty darn good again and I just beat the 8:30 guy so that was a pleasant surprise. My average pace was 8:28 with a total time of 1:01:04,Ii finished up with some upper body weight training and some push-ups.

Out to Mini Gu Corner, legs were horrible again, Super weak and pace was so off. I guess the short turnaround in recvoery could have been the problem but I felt just rotten. It was a beautiful morning though. My average pace was slow at 9:45 with a total time of 59:48, I finished with some lower body weights. probably not the smartest thing to do after dieing on a run. :)

Prertty little Hill Route Extended. I felt way better this morning and pace was a lot better and leg strength and trunover were a lot better. My average pace was 8:38 with a total time of 1:01:50... My wife Broke her foot and ankle last night so I'm not sure how it will affect my training schedule. Poor thing. She just got healed up from her right foot being broke a few years ago now her left? Damn when it rains it pours.

Crashed hard on the lasy 4 or so miles, Legs just really hurt and were super tired. Knda Disappointing where I had a day off yesterday, I thought the old legs would be ready yo go. NOT! I'm not so sure I can finishe a marathon at this point. If I don't start getting stronger then I might have to rethink running SG this year. Damn covid has just wrecked me. Some days I feel like I'm getting back to normal and then I'll have a day like today. Ouch! My average pace was 9:14 with a total time of 2:37:22.

Salem Days 5K route extended, I just wanted to stay close to the house incase Cindie needed anything. Turnover and pace were a lot better this morning which was a nice suprise. My average pace was 8:36 with a total time of 1:02:54, I had 1 Mp mile at the end, 8:09. I finished up with upper body weight training and some puch-ups.
