| Out to Mini Gu and back, I felt pretty rough the first 3 miles but then on the way back I was able to get into a really good rythmn and my pace quickened nicely. My average pace was 8:39 with a total time of 53:11, The 3 miles on the way back were, 8:23, 8:14, 8:07. So a nicelittle progression.

| I ran the Big Blue Mailbox route today which keeps me along canal road, my legs took a little longer to loosen up today but I was able to get her done. My average pace was 8:41 with a total time of 55:56, I finished up with some upper body weight training and some push-ups.

| I ran out to Mini Gu and back to the house, I felt pretty good considering the quick turnaround in runs from last evening. It was a perfect morning and I was glad that I got out. My average pace was 8:35 with a total time of 52:52, I have had a good training session this week and now I just need to finish the week out strong.

| My legs were wrecked from planting 37 flats of flowers on thursday, I was pretty much jogging the whole way this morning and the mileage was all that I had in the old legs today. My aveerge pace was way slow at 9:19 with a total time of 1:19:13, I finished up with some upper body weight training ans some push-ups.ts been a pretty decent week of running.

| Just an easy run out to the big blue mailbox on canal road and then back to the house, legs are still a little stiff from Wednesday's downhill training run but they felt okay so that was good. My average pace was 8:30 with a total time of 40:05, finished up with some upper body weight training and some push-ups. 20 Minutes on the elliptical at a moderate pace for a couple of Cross training miles.

| I rrally had a rough run this morning, my pace was way slow and I just had nothing energy wise. But, I got her done and that is the most important thing, my average pace was way slow at 9:43 with a totl time of 1:39:33... Heres to better and faster days.

| Usual Saturday route, I felt petty good today. My average pace was 8:25 with a total time of 1:25:45, I finished up with some upper body weight training and some push-ups. I missed a few days this week but thats okay I'll try and do better next week.

| Payson Park loop this morning, I felt okay but not great but it was a beautiful morning and I'm glad that I was able to get out. My average pace was 8:34 with a total time of 53:25, finished up with some upper body weight trianing and then some push-ups. I'm running the ST George marathon this year again and my boston qualify time is 3:40:00, so I will be counting every mile under 8:20 a MP mile, where I need to average an 8:23 pace to get my time. I hope to finally qualify.

| Hills this morning. I felt really good on this route this morning and I beat last weeks time by a long ways. My average pace was 7:53 with a total time 49:53, MP miles were, 7:50, 8:00, 7:22, and 7:27 this was on the flat. I finished up with some upper body weight training and some push-ups, it was a grat run and a beautiful morning.

| I ran out past Gu and then down into the river bottoms on to the River trail and then back home, I felt pretty good and my aveage pace was closer to 8:25, I forgot to turn my watch off at one of stops and it screwed everything up. Total time was 1:59:23, I finished up with some upper body weight training and some push-ups.I had a good week this week, at least for me anyway.

| Hills today. I beat last weeks time by a little bit. I had really good splits on the downhill and the flat portion they went like this. 7:48 steep DH, 7:55 Steep DH, 7:34 half up and half down, 7:05 DH and flat, 7:08 flat all. My average pace was 7:43 with a total time of 49:01, I beat last weeks time by about 50 Seconds... Making progress and I feel like I am on the right track I just have to stay with it and stay comsistant.
