| I felt really good today and the pace was way upbeat and comfortable, my average pace was 8:16 with a total time of 1:57:24 so a really good effort. I finished up with some upper body weight training and some push-ups.

| I ran the Payson Park loop this morning just trying to get back into the swing of things after last weeks head cold and no running. I still am not feeling real great but I need to get back at it as best I can. I had decent pace so that was nice, my average pace was 8:23 with a total time of 52:18, I finished up with some upper body weight training and some puh-ups.

| Mini Gu and back, I still can;t kick this damn cold so I have progrressed to a Z pack and hopefully that will do the trick. I had no eneergy this morning but I got her done. My average pace was slow at 8:44 with a total time of 53:39, Hopefully I start feeling better.

| Just shook out the old legs this morning in hopes that my longer run tomorrow won't be as bad. My average pace was 8:18 with a total time of 27:35, I finished up some upper body weight training and some push-ups.

| I really had a rough run this morning, from dealing with the VPB every other mile to just having no energy from being sick the last few weeks it was pretty tough. My average pace was way slow at 8:59 with a total time of 1:30:51, I hope I am back to full strength by next saturday.

| Payson Park Loop but I cut out the rollers, Pace was good and steady but my legs were a little weak at times. My average pace was 8:21 with a total time of 52:06, I finished up with some upper body weight training and some push-ups. It was a good run but I jusdt want my strength back from a couple of weeks ago berfore I got this darn cold.

| Just a little Mini Taper the rest of the week, I ran out to the T an then back to the house. The last full mile was 7:48, I felt in control and not to labored so thats a good thing. Hopefully I am finally getting over this darn cold. My average pace was 8:15 with a total time of 28:39, I finished up with some upper body weight training and some push-ups.

| I felt okay through the first half but then the wheels came off, I just didn't have the energy and the last few weeks of dealing with my cough and cold just took its toll. It was a great race though Honoring my dad and my brother-in-law who both died from cancer in the last few years, its a great race for a good cause.

| Out past the T just trying to loosen up the old legs from the race on saturday. They weren't to bad but hopefully by Saturday they will be back to normal. My average pace was just nice and easy at 9:08 with a total time of 36:59.

| I felt pretty rough this morning and the legs were like heavy concrete bricks still... Very rough run and just basically got through it. I hope next week will be better and I can get some of stride back. My average pace was way slow at 9:09 with a total time of 1:32:30.
