| Out to Payson Park and back. I felt pretty darn good but the pace seemed slower than what I was actually running. My average pace was 8:50 with a total time of 1:03:37, I finished up with some upper body weights and some push-ups. I had 3.20 MP miles, 8:28, 8:43, 8:32, .20 8:17. Its a good start to the week.

| Harrys Hill up. Legs were a little tired on this one but it was a good tired. My average pace was 9:14 with a total time of 1:05:56, I finished up with some lower body weights. I had 2 MP miles at 8:20, 8:26.

| I felt like crap this monring and the legs just were tired and slow. Average pace was 9:42 with a total time of 1:00:22, I finisjhed up with upper body weights and some push-up.

| Out past Mini Gu Corner and back. Felt horrible on the way out but a little better the last few miles. legs were jjst like heavy and slow but then more fluid and normal on the last few miles. I had 1.20 MP. 8:43, .21 7:31. Lower body weights to finish up. I'm glad I didn't give up and kept at it...

| Usual route on Saturday. I didn't feel real great but I tried to keep the pace 60-90 seconds per mile sloer than MP which I was able to do. My average pace was 9:27 with a total time of 2:13:27, another 40 plus mile week for me. I'll take it.

| Out to Payson Park via canal road. I was pretty sloppy and slow on the way out to the park but then on the way back my legs seemed to get into a better flow and loosened up nicely. My average pace was 9:04 with a total time of 1:05:05, I finished up with some upper body eights and some push-ups. MP miles were 8:48, 8:26, 8:28, .20 8:24.

| Summit down. Legs were were pretty trashed by the end but it was a good type of trashed. HAHA. My average pace was 9:07 with a total time of 1:05:02, I finished up with some lower body weights. I had to take the downhill super easy as it is steeper than Hell coming down Summit. I'll run this route a few more times and then graduate to the canyon.

| Out to Mini Gu and back on super stiff legs and buttocks... The downhill run on Tuesday just wercked me. I couldn't even walk yesterday but I was a little better this morning but the old pace was super slow. My average was 10:06 with a total time of 1:02:05 and then I finished up with some light lower body weights. Hopefully each day will get a little bit looser. Time to hit the Hot tub.

My average pace was 9:08 with a total time of 2:18:08 all in all a pretty good week. I dropped in Mileage just a little but that was because of the downhill Training that wrecked me.

| Ou towards Mini Gu corner. I had some serioue stomach issues but after that things settle down a bit. I tried to finish each mile strong as I started back to the house. My average pace was 8:56 with a total time of 1:05:19, I finished up with some lower body weights.

| Woodlanf Hills Down and then over to the top of Harry's Hill Down and then canal to home. Legs will not go on the downhill and my pace is so freaking slow. I'm not sure why... My average pace was 9:10 with a total time of 1:06:58, I finished up with some lower body weights. Not sure how to get better on the downhill other than to run it m ore often...

| I just was Mobbin along Canal road. I felt horrible for the first 4 or 5 miles and then the legs seemed to kick in some what. My average pace was 9:43 with a total time of 1:02:21, I finished up with some upper body weights and some pushups. Hopefully tomorrow will be better,

| Been sick the last few days but I tried to get out for a double digit run. It was a battle but I got her done. Average pace was 9:18 with a total time of 1:34:14... Hopefully I will feel better on Monday. Back to bed.
