| Ran up Loafer Canyon to the gate and then extended to the Grove. I felt pretty good on the way up and the way down. A little wobbly on the downhill but thats to be expected with the climb up. | Mount Loafer to the Mailboxes and then back down to canal road. I felt decent on the uphill anbd a little wobbly on the downhill and then pretty good on the flat portions. I ran some strides and pickups and the legs responded pretty good really. I 3.20 MP miles at, 8:08, 8:23, 8:05 on the the flat, .20 8:36, average pac was 9:18 with a total time of 1:07:01. I finished up with some lower body weights. I need this run to restore some confidence in myself.

| I felt decent through about 6 miles but then the wheels started to come off. Lack of downhill training will do that! I was proud of myself for not run walking I just tried to keep the old legs a moving the best I could. I feel like this is course that I could do well on with the proper training.

| Out towards Mini Gu Corner and back, I did not fell real great but I got her done. My average pace was 9:35 with a total time of 49:58, I finished up with some upper body weights and some push-ups. I have slowed a good minute slower per mile average on these easy runs than I was pre covid... It sucks. Not sure if it will ever get back to where I was before.

| Out towards Mini Gu but stopped short. Legs were so damn tired I really don't know how I finished. I went from and easy pace of an 8:30 mile to a wretched 9:30 to 10 minute mile in the last few years. Not sure why. Its really frustrating. My average pace was 9:47 with a total time of 42:39, I finished up with some squats and some upper body weights and some push-ups.
