| Out to wards Payson Park and back via canal road,. I felt okay and just enjoyed the afternoon. My aveage pace was 9:05 with a total time of 56:30, I finished up with some upper body weights and some push-ups.

| I really struggled on this one... Pace was super slow and my legs were just so tired. Oh well at least I got her done. My average pace was 9:51 with a total time of 1:00:22, I finished up with some lower body weights. Hopefully tomorrow will be better.

| I just ran along Canal road. First two miles were A JOKE! I couldn't break a 10 minute mile but then the legs loosned up and the pace was more normal on miles 4,5 and 6. My 57:26, average pace was 9:21 with a total time of 57:26. I finished up with some upper body weights and some push-ups.

| Just ran the tips. I felt like yesterday but not as bad. I ran a couple of hills but nothing major. My average pace was 9:18 with a total time of 57:14, I finished up with some lower body weights. I didn't feel as good on the last 3 as I did yesterday. But I got her done.

| Out to Mini Gu Corner and back. Battled through the snow and sleet and wind but I'm glad I got out and I got to 30 miles for the week. I need to keep it up and not falter. My average pace was 926 with a total time of 57:56.

| This run was a bust! Legs were just toast and I barley could cover the damn distance. I'm thinking I didn't eat enough yesterday... Northing duriong then day and then dinner was all I had. Probably didn't fuel up good enough. My average pace was 10:10 with a total time of 1:03:15... Like I sad slow and the legs were toast. Upper body weights and some push-ups to finish up. Hopefully tomorrow will be better.

| Harrys Hill up! Legs felt like normal today which was good. My average pace was 9:17 with a total time of 1:06:16, I finished up with some lower body weights and I had 1 MP mile on the down hill at 8:15. Didn't really push it but hopefully I can improve on that as the days go forward.

| Harrys Hill via Mt Loafer School. Lungs felt like they could have handled more but the legs were not feeling it this morning. It was still a productive run and I feel like I'm making some progress. My average pace was 9:36 with a totl time of 1:09:36, I finished up with some lower body weights. I was slower on some of the downhill but I'm sure that will improve.

| Ususal Saturday route out to the river bottoms and back. It was a little wet but not to bad and it was good to get out. My average pace was 8:58 with a total time of 1:31:14, I finished up with some upper body weights and some push-ups. It was a good wat to end to the week.
