| Struggled on this one. The last two long runs have been so slow and so labored and no fun. My average pace was 10:00 with a total time of 2:13:03. I have dropped down to the St George half instead of the full... Just not feeling it this year.

| Out to Pretty Little Hill and back and then I extended for a few more once I got back to the house. Pace was so damn slow to start and then a little btter on the second half of the run. My average pace was 9:31 with a total time of 1:08:18, I finished up with some lower body weights.

| Just toolin along Canal towards Payson. I felt p[retty decnet considering I havent ran much in the last few weeks... I have been lazy. My average pace was 9:12 with a total time of 38:39, I finished up with some upper body weights and some pushups.

| Out towards Payson Park but cut out the rollers. I had stomach issues most of the way. I felt better once I got closer to the house so I went a little more. My average pace was 9:26 with a total time of 1:07:12, I finished up with some upper body weights and some pushups. A good start to the week.

| Pretty Little Hill Extended... I felt a little tired this morning but I really tried to stay with it and give it all I had. My average pace was 9:23 with a total time of 1:06:57, I finished up with some lower body weights. I long for my pace to be in the 8:30 range... Maybe thats gone for good.

| I didn't feel good at all today but I stayed with it. Juts tired and slow... My average pace was 9:44 with a total time of 1:09:51, I finished up with some upper and lower body weights and some pushups. I would sure like to get back to where I was before covid 4 years ago. I am just not the same. Oh well.

| Out to the riverbottoms and back. I felt pretty good through about 10 miles but then the last 3 miles were slow and tired and pretty tough. My average Pace was 9:14 with a total time of 2:01:05. It was a pretty good week for me mileage wise so I am good with the week.

| Pretty Little Hill extended but shorter than last week, My legs were not having it this morning. My average pace was 9:50 with a total time of 1:00:08, I finished up with some lower body weights. Its amazing how mush slower I am than a few years ago... I guess this is what being old is like. It sucks.
