Out to Payson Park and back. I felt just slow and tired as usual. Not sure why I am not getting faster and stronger... Maybe this is what being old is all about... HAHa. My average pace was 9:11 with a total time of 1:06:03, I finished up with some upper body weights and some push-ups.

Harrys Hill up. I felt super good on this one! Good pace on the uphill and then I rocked the downhill and the flat. I ran some strides and some sprints on the flat as well. My average pace was 8:41 with a total time of 1:02:25, I finished up with some lower body weights. I had 4.20 MP miles, 8:15 uphill and downhill, 7:32 downhill, 7:45 flat, 8:06 flat and easier .20 8:30 Cool down. Good run!

Out to Payson Park and back. I didn't feel as good today and the pace was super slow and labored but I got her done. My average pace was 9:39 with a total time of 1:09:39, I finished up with some upper body weights and some push-ups.

Out past Mini Gu and back to the house. I felt pretty good once I got back to the house so I tacked on another mile. I started out a little rough but then I steadly improved each mile and felt stronger as the run went on, more fluid. My average pace was 9:15 with a total time of 1:06:10, I finished up with some lower body weights.

Out to the river bottoms and back. Was getting tired towards the end but then got a boost from Cindie with some cold water and I pushed the last mile ot so. My averge pace was 9:30 with a total time of 2:42:37, 2 MP Mile at 8:48, 8:43, .15 8:26. Hopefully I can keep building.

Towards Payson Park but I stopped short as my old legs were so tired and slow that it seemed counter productive to do any more. Frustrating! But I got her done inspite of the difficulty. My average pace was super slow at 10:20 with a total time of 1:04:30, I finished up with some upper body weights and some push-ups. Hopefully tomorrow will be better and more normal.

Ran up Loafer Canyon to the gate and then extended to the Grove. I felt pretty good on the way up and the way down. A little wobbly on the downhill but thats to be expected with the climb up. I had 3 MP miles on the way down at 7:55, 7:55, 8:05, my average pace was 9:51 with a total time of 1:19:58. I finished up with some uper and lower body weights and some pushups.

I felt pretty good at the start and then through about 10 or so miles and then I started to fade some... I stuck with it for about as long as I could with the heat of the day. My average pace was 9:26 with a total time of 2:32:33. I struggled with Motivation and getting out this week. Hopefully I can refocus and be better next week.

Out towards Payson park but I stopped short as I was not feeling good at all. I couldnr beat the 10 minute guy... But then on the way back my legs loosened up and I felt a little better and added a little when I got back to the house. My average pace was 9:44 with a total time of 1:10:19, I finished up with some upper body weights and some pushups.

Mount Loafer to the Mailboxes and then back down to canal road. I felt decent on the uphill anbd a little wobbly on the downhill and then pretty good on the flat portions. I ran some strides and pickups and the legs responded pretty good really. I 3.20 MP miles at, 8:08, 8:23, 8:05 on the the flat, .20 8:36, average pac was 9:18 with a total time of 1:07:01. I finished up with some lower body weights. I need this run to restore some confidence in myself.

Crashed Hard on this one. It happen between 10 and 11 and it was a battle to just get back to the house. Not sure If this is working for me right now... I feel like I am getting weaker and not stronger. Luckly 13 miles was on the schedule so I guess thats okay. My average pace was 9:56 with a total time of 2:10:14. Sorry for all the complaining but I feel like I should be doing better at this point. Oh well...

Just trying to get something in so i dont miss another day... I felt tired and unmotivated and it just sucks how slow I have become over the lastv few years. Its hard to accept. I was never very quick but this has been a challenge to get use to. My average pace was 9:53 with a total time of 42:01. I finished up with some upper body weights and some push-ups.
