| I was super tired and I didn't feel reall great, I had to stop after every mile and then carry on. My average pace was 9:14 with a total time of 1:15:01, I finished up with some lower body weights.

| I felt a little better this morning and I just tried to enjoy the morning as it was super beautiful. My average pace was 8:47 with a total time of 54:51, I finished up with some upper body weights and some push-ups.

| Pretty Little Hill extended. I felt a little tired and hungry at first but then things seemed to lossen up and I had good flow. My average pace was 8:55 with a total time of 54:33, I finished up with upper body weights and some push-ups. Hopefully I am truning the corner here.

| Out to Mini Gu Corner and then Back to the House, went a few more when I got home but had nothing left in the tank after Mile 8 again. Not sure why but I just have to stop, legs were wobbly and weak. My average pace was 8:58 with a total time of 1:12:54, I finished up with some lower body weights. Hopefully I can start getting in some longer runs as the summer goes on.

| I ran down Payson Canyon from Jones to Beer Can and it about killed me. legs are super Stiff but I got her done. I tried to really keep it easy. My average pace was 8:30 with a total time of 1:08:04, I had 1 MP mile at 8:10.

| Legs are so trashed from the canyon run yesterday that it feels like I ran a damn marathon! I just ran 35 Minutes on the elliptical after work, Ouch! I also tried to some leg lifts and the leg Machine to try and loosen the ols legs up. Hopefully I can run in the morning.

| Ten very slow and painful miles. I had Diarrhea and jusyt my overall energy level was pretty bad. Pace was super slow and very labored but I just hung in there and got her done. My average pace was 9:25 with a total time of 1:35:17. Rough!

| Out to the river Bottoms from the house. I rally struggled on this one. No energy and I really crashed the last 3 miles. The last few miles I had to run-walk them... Oh well at least a didn't give up and Call Cindie to come and get me. I'm not to sure how this run helps at all as I feel it was pretty damn unproductive.

| Summit Ridge Down from Woodland Hills Park, I took it easy on the downhill and the top part is super steep so easy does it. My average pace was 8:36 with a total time of 1:01:08, I had 2 MP miles that weren't real fast but close enough, 8:14, 8:18. i finished up with some lower body weights.
