| I headed out to Gu Corner but turned around because of the damn wind! Once I got back to Salem it was a lot more calm so i just did some loops on canal road to finish up. Legs were super tired and beat up. Not sure if its from the wind or just not use to the mileage. | It was to hot for me but I battled through it the best I could, I felt pretty good though the Half but then I really started to struggle after 15. But I finished and that was all I was hoping to do. It will be my 10th STG next year so I am going to get to work and try and do better and get back to where I was in 2019. More Consistant running and more long runs. It was still fun and the excitment was fun at the start. Time to let this old body heal up.

| Went to the river trail and ran a little bit. It was nice not having to dodge cars and construction and all. I ran up from the park to the bathrooms and then back, it was almost 7 miles. My average pace was 9:02 with a total time of 1:01:05, I finished up with some lower body weights.
