I feel like I am going backwards... Legs are tired before I even get started. It feels like I have run a marathon before I even start. Not sure what has happened. Its been a slow downward spiral over that last couple of years. I refuse to believe that its an age thing. To lose so much so fast doesnt make any sense. My average pace was super slow at 10:25 with a total time of 43:05. Frustrating.

Out to Mini Gu Corner and back. Legs totally colapsed on me... Its very frustrating what I am dealing with. Not sure what is going on but my legs have a hard time covering distances that I use to run in my sleep... It sucks. My average pace was 10:39 with a total time of 1:05:13. Hills. Up to the Mailboxes via Mount Loafer School and then Woodland Hills drive down. My legs felt it on this one but I was happy with the effort. My average pace was 9:53 with a total time of 1:01:45. I took easy going uphill and easy going downhill, it was a good leg workout. But I always wonder if it is really any benefit. Thats the pessimist coming out in me.
