Out towards Payson testing out my foot... It is improving but I have a long way to go before its 100 Percent. My average pace was 8:43 with a total time 28:00. I finished up with upper and lower body weights and some pushups. My pace was a pleasent surprise.

Out to Mini Gu corner and back. I probably went a little to far as my foot was pretty tender and sore but the end... My average pace was 9:07 with a total time of 55:55, I finished up with some upper and lower body weights and some pushups. At least its something. I have been fighting a cold for the last 2 weeks so thats been a challenge. I'm just falling apart.
