| Out to Mini Gu Corner via Canal rd. It was super cold this morning and the old laegs justr wouldn't move but I'm glad i was to get out this morning and get itn done. My average pace was 8:55 with a total time of 54:46, I finished up with some upper body weight training and some push-ups.

| New route. Up past mount Loafer school then up the canyon road a luittle and then over past the new Stake Center. I was pleased with this one for the most part more uphill than down so it was good. My average pace was 8:58 with a total time of 55:25, i finished up with some upper body weight training and some push-ups.
