| I ran after work today and I ran the Payson Park loop but I didn't extend down into the park, I felt pertty good today and thats good because Saturday I felt like el-crapola. My average pace was pretty steady at 8:36 with a total time of 53:36, after the run I did some light upper body training and then finished up with some push-ups. Its been a good start to the week.

| I ran out past Mini Gu and then back to the house via canal road, felt okay going out but not so good on the way back... Last half mile or so was pretty slow but I figure the longer it takes the more calories I can burn. My average pace was 8:49 with a total time of 53:36, I finished up with some stretching. Glad I got her done today, two days in a row. I hope I can keep it going the rest of the week.

| I got home late from work and didn't feel like running in the dark so I hit the elliptical fopr 30 minutes and then did 1.25 miles on the treadmill. On the mill I did 3X200 pick-ups with a 200 recovery in between each one, 8:00, 7:48, 7:32 and then I cooled down for a .25 at a 10 minute pace. I'm glad I was able to atleast get something in, light upper body workout and push-ups to finish up.

| I ran out to Gu Corner this morning, ran into my brother and we ran together most the way out and it was good to run with him again, its always nice to catch up and he kept me from going out to fast so my legs were happy about that. My average pace was 8:55 with a total time of 1:12:59, it was a good end to the week. I've had a pretty steady week and I'm pretty happy with the way felt today.

| I ran after work and I ran the Mini Gu Corner route, just took it easy and enjoyed the late afternoon, it was just getting dark when I got back so I had good timing. My average pace was 8:55 with a total time of 54:05, I'm glad I was able to get out today because yesterday didn't happen.

| I ran the Payson Park Loop but I cut out the rollers, it was very windy and it was a tough run but I was able to get her done. Average pace was around 9:11 with a total time of 57:25. I'm glad I got out today.

| I ran out past Mini Gu and then out to GU Corner and then back to the house, my pace upbeat at times and then slow at times but I'm glad I was able to get out this morning even though it was after 10 am... My average pace was 8:50 with a total time of 1:11:20, finished up with some light stretching.

| Morning run out to Mini GU and then back to the house via canal road, I felt good going out but after the 4th mile my legs started to get tired, but it was still a great run and I'm glad that I got her done this morning. My average pace was 9:04 with a total time of 54:56, I finished up with some light upper body weight training and then some push-ups, it was a good way to start the day.

| Nice easy light run out past the old barn on Canal road, it was a pretty brisk morning but it was enjoyable. My legs were kinda dead again on mile 4 but other than that it was okay and I'm glad I got her done. My average pace 9:10 with a total time of 37:20, I finished up with some upper body weight training and then some push-up.

| I ran out past Mini GU Corner and then back to the house, I felt really good this morning, my legs were really smooth and fluid and the pace quickened as the run went on. After getting back to the house I tacked on another mile and that was the quickest at 8:00 flat. My average pace was 8:33 with a total time of 1:00:15, it was a great run and a great way to end the week. I had a great week this week and I hope I can keep it going through the winter.

| I ran out past Mini GU Corner via canal road and then back to the house, I felt super good today... My motion was very fluid and smooth and my legs had some zip in them for a change, it has been a long road back but today felt like I did in 2008. I don't know what tomorrow brings but I know I'm on the right track and its giving me my Mojo back. My average pace was 8:25 with a total time of 52:23 I had 2 miles in the MP range, 8:08, 8:10, I wasn't even trying to run that fast and I reeled in my legs a little after that. It was a good morning and a great way to start the day.

| I woke up in the middle of the night and I could feel I was coming down with a cold, woke up at 7 and wasn't feeling to bad. The farther I got into my run the worse I felt. My pace fell to like a 9:30 pace and I was just holding on. I guess I haven't been sick for awhile so it finally got me. Average pace and was 9:28 with a total time of 59:02.

I've decided to take the rest of the week off as I'm still not feeling real great and with me not being in any races at all this winter or spring I feel like it's best to just stay smart. I don't like the way cold temps anyway and I'm not running on the treadmill right now, I just don't have it mentally.
