| Night run out past the T in the road and back past the Stake center and then I went another mile on canal just to run one more. My average pace was 8:45 with a total time of 44:28, I finished up with some lower body weight training. It was a pretty good little workout.

| I ran out to Mini Gu Corner and then back to the house via canal road, I felt okay but a little tired the last few miles but I was able to get it done. My average pace was 8:59 with a total time of 54:28, I was a lot slower on the way back and that seems to be the trend as of late. I think I'm just trying to get my stamina back which is to be expected. I finished up with some Upper and Lower body weight training and then some push-ups.

| I ran in the afternoon and I ran out to Mini Gu and then back to the house via canal road, for some reason my legs just wanted to run today. It felt pretty dang good for a change. I had two MP miles in the middle and they were 8:04, 8:03, my average pace was 8:20 with a total time of 51:05. I haven't felt that good for about a year, so it was a really nice surprise, I finished up with some upper body weight training and then some push-ups.

| I ran Pretty little hill this afternoon, I didn't feel as good as yesterday but I still felt okay.... My average pace was 8:56 and my total time was 47:10, I finished up with some lower body weight training. It was a littel colder than yesterday but still not to bad.

| I ran out towards Payson this afternoon via canal road, It was a beautiful afternoon too! I was a little tired this run but I'm really proud of myself for staying at it for 3 days in a row... My average pace was slower at 8:58 with a total time of 36:47, I finished up with some upper body weight training and then some push-ups.

| I ran out to Mini Gu Corner and Back via Canal road, The old legs were a little tired from the week of running but that's a good thing, My average pace was 9:06 with a total time of 55:36. Its been a pretty good week of running for me, I need to add in one more day and that would be even better. I finished up with some lower body weight training.

| I finally was able to muster up enough mental toughness to get something done today. I ran 40 Minutes on the elliptical and then I ran for 20 Minutes on the Treadmill, the desire was just not there this week but at least I finished with a good work out. I also did some upper body weight training and then some push-ups.

| It was to cold for me yesterday. I ran out to Mini Gu Corner and then back to the house via canal road, I ran into my Brother Curtis and we looked at all the Elk that was out it was pretty good to see him again and catch up. I felt pretty good on the way out but the last couple of miles I slowed a little bit but that's okay it was still an enjoyable run. My average pace was 8:42 with a total time of 53:21, the chill outside was tolerable today.

| I ran out to Mini Gu Corner and then back to the house via canal road, I had a head wind most of the way and it was hard and brutal. But I didn't quit and I got through it, my pace was way slow because of the 30 mile an hour head wind and tired legs for some Darn reason... My average was 9:18 with a total time of 56:45, it was a nice Christmas Eve run and I was able to run in shorts which was nice. Merry Christmas everyone!
