| It was a pretty rough day of running. But I only have myself to blame because I let myself get out of shape and I paid the price for being lazy... I need to get back into running and I need to quit making excuses. I don't know when that will be but I hope that it is soon. I am signed up for the Snow Canyon Half the first of November so I will need to keep running for that but I'm still trying to heal up from the Marathon so it might be saturday before I can actually start running again. But we will see how fast I recover.

| I ran out past Mini Gu Corner, I just took it nice and easy. Legs are still a little tired from the marathon a week ago but they are coming a long. My average pace was 9:05 with a total time of 54:54, Next week I will start incorporating some strength training into my regime... I need to start doing better.

| Today started the base building back for me. I plan on doing this over the winter. Now that they have changhed the rules for gettiung into St George I won't have to do the runners series which means less hit to my pocket book. My avergae pace was easy at 8:55 with a total time of 54:25, finsihed up with some Push-ups.

| A little afternoon run out past the T and then back to the house. The goal was to run for 20 minutes and then turn and head back for 20 minutes more, and it was a beautiful morning. My average pace was 8:47 with a total time of 40:00, I finshed up with some push-ups and some sit-ups on the big rubber ball.

| I ran for 50 Mintues, my average pace was 8:56 amd I ran out towards Payson, I felt pretty good just a nice run and it was a beautiful day. Finished up with some upper body weight training and some push-ups.

| I ran out to Mini Gu this afternoon and the old legs really had some spunk in them so I let them go so to speak, at least for me any way. My average pace was 8:25 with a total time of 50:22. I had some really faster miles in there and I accidentally forgot to turn my watch off on mile 4 so that screwed up my average but that mile split still would have been ion the 8:15 range, so a good run today. I finished up with some upper body weight training and some push-ups.

| I ran out towards Payson this morning via canal road, I didn't feel as spunky as Wednesday but I still felt okay. My average pace was 8:45 with a total time of 41:11, I finished up with some upper body weight training and then some push-ups. I will run a little tomorrow too, probably in the 6 to 8 mile range. My achilles is till a little tight until about a mile and then its fine, I will need to keep an eye on that.

| I ran out past Mini GU Corner via canal road and then back to the house, I felt pretty good just kind of a nice easy run and enjoying the morning, my average pace was 8:49 with a total time of 53:45. After the run I did some lower body weight training and then finished up with some push-ups, its been a good week and I hope to add a few more runs next week.

| I wasn't able to run or workout yesterday but I was able to get out this afternoon, I ran out to Mini Gu and then back to the house. My average pace was 8:26 with a total time of 51:27, I finished up with some upper and lower body weight training and then some push-ups. I felt good out running, it was a beautiful day.

| My goal today was just to run for just over 40 minutes but not exceeding 45 minutes and I was able to split the difference. I ran out towards Payson via canal road and then back to the house, my average pace was slower than yesterday at 8:53 with a total time of 42:21. My legs were a little tired from yesterday as I worked them plenty hard on the Bowflex after my run but they loosened up towards the end of the run which was good.
