| Out to the T past the stake center. First mile was a travesty... After that I seemed to loosen up which was nice. My average pace was 9:24 with a total time of 32:56.

| First Mile was a rough one again. Loosened up after that but I'm still not feeling ready for thgis half. Oh well. I'll just do the best that I can. My average was 9:36 with a total time of 31:55. I finished up with some upper body weights and some push-ups.

| I did okay. My pace was slower than I would have liked. I just couldn't get the legs to turnover the way I would like. I had a potty break at mile one that cost me a few minutes. I needed more longer runs 14 to 15 milers would have served me well but I was to damn lazy. My spliuts are below.
1. 9:17
2. 9:00
3. 7:58 Better pace.
4. 8:01 still good
5. 8:08 Still good.
6. 9:18 Uphill and I stopped to drink and take a Gu.
7. 8:05, still good.
8. 8:36 still not bad.
9. 8:55 calf started to hurt.
10. 8:30 hanging in there.
11. 8:57 started to crash.
12. 9:23 still crashing.
13. 9:45 needed a drink here for some reason.
.10 9:35.
I needed more longer runs but I still beat the 2 hour guy. I had 15 minute course PR so I feel like I am improving but nowhere near where I have been in the past. I need to work harder and be consistant with the weekly mileage.

| Pretty little Hill and then back to the house. My legs are recovering nicely. My average pace was 9:33 with a total time of 50:50. I finished up with some upper body weights and some pushups.

| I felt horrible. Left foot is hurting and I had to limp my way though the damn run. Oh well. My average pace was slow as usual 9:53 with a total time of 1:00:38, I finished up with some upper body weights and some pushups. Hopefully my foot will not become a bigger problem than it already is...

| 3 plus miles out on the road, which is all my foot could handle, and then 30 minutes on the elliptical. Upper and lower body weights and some pushups to finish up. My average pace was 9:33 with a total tiume of 32:37.

| Out towards Mini Gu and then back to the house. Foot was sore and stiff to start and then ity loosened up some... I'll just have to be patient. I finished with a 20 minute cool down on the elliptical and then some upper and lower body weights and some pushups. My average pace was 9:18 with a total time of 42:03.

| Out towards Payson and back on cancal road. Foot was a little bit of a bother but I jusy did my best. Damn thing. I havent had a injury in a long time. Oh well. My average pace 9:16 with a total time of 48:22, I finished up with my standard upper and lower body weights.

| Out towards Mini Gu and back and then I added a little more once I returned back to the house. Foot hurt like hell but my laast 3 miles pace wise were like old times so I went as along as I could stand. I'm sure I will pay for it later but it was worth.
