| Out to Mini Gu Corner again. I felt much better than last week. Ran some quarter mile pickups with 60-90 second rest between each. My average pace was 9:04 with a total time of 55:42. Finished with som upper and lower body weights and some push-ups. 20 Mile week for me! Trending in the right direction I hope.

| Payson Park loop but I cut out the rollers. I felt pretty good and my turnover is getting a little better each run. My average pace was 9:02 with a total time of 56:45, I finished up with some upper and lower body weights. A good start to the week.

| Pretty Little Hill and then extended when I got back to the house. Legs were a little tired today but I stayed with it. My average pace was 9:30 with a total time of 58:11, another good start to the week.

| Out towards Payson on Canal road. Legs were not having it this morning... It sucked. But I got her done and that is all that matters. My average pace was 9:59 with a total time of 52:00. I finished with some squats.

| Just toolin along canal. Last mile was like old times. 8:37... I can handle that. Been feeling some stomach issues all day but finally felt like I could go and get a few miles in. My average pace was 9:35 with a total time of 30:37.

| Harrys Hill up. I felt okay leg wise but the old lungs were not having it. The downhill I took pretty easy but I felt not bad. My average pace was 9:24 with a total time of 1:06:59, I finished up with some upper body weights and some pushups.
