| Out to Mini Gu and back, it was nice and warm and the old muscles loosened up pretty good. My average pace was 8:26 with a total time of 52:07, I finished up with some upper body weights and some push-ups.

| Salem Days 5K route Extended, I flet pretty good but a little tired... It must have been the short turn around in runs, but it was so good to get my run done in the morning. Hopefully I can keep that going. My average pace was 8:45 with a total time of 53:28, I finished up with some lower body weights.

| Out to Mini Gu Corner and then Took a Detour on the way back just to break up the route, the legs were tired and slower than normally but I still beat the 9 minute guy. So that still makes me faster than I was in High school. HAHA. Mya evrage pace was 8:58 with a total time of 1:03:57, I finished up with some lower body weights on the legs. It was a better week for me but I still need to get to at leat 5 days a week, and start getting some double digit runs in on the weekends.

| Salem Days 5K extended. I had some really good pace at tim,es today but my breathing is a little labored at times... Not sure why but I am happy with the way that I felt. I had 1 MP mile at 7:59, average pace was 8:31 with a total time of 52:12, I finished up with some lower body weights.

| Up Harry's Hill. Legs and lungs were not having it today, my pace was slower than last time. I must have been tired from yesterdays run still. I had 1 MP mile on the downhill, 7:52, with an average pace was 9:03. Lower leg weights to finish up.

| It seemed like I had Detour after Detour this morning... I felt okay but I crashed a little on the last few. I was able to get it together for the last mile and get my pace a little bit back to normal, a little tired afterward.

| Harrys Hill with Bigfoot on my tail, I felt strong on the uphill but the downhill was a struggle... My average pace was 8:49 with a total time of 56:24, I had 1 MP mile on the downhill at 7:55, this needs to be in the sub 7:30 range. Still a good effort. Lower body weights to finish up.
