Out to the T and back Via canal road. IO tried to slow the pace to see if I can get my Breatibg under control. My average pace was8:55 with a total time of 37:01. I finished up with some upper body weights and some Push-ups.

Salem Days 5K route extended. I didn't feel good at all the first few miles but then my legs came around and I really pushed the uphill from the park up to Canal road. Lots of uphill. My average apce was 9:07 with a total time of 46:34, i finished up with some :ower body weights.

It was a struggle this morning. I was super tired and justr not into it but I got what i needed to get done so thats a positive. Working my way up to 10 Miles for my Saturday runs. My average pace was 9:05 with a total time of 1:05:22. Pretty good week again.
