| Out to Gu Corner and back via canal road, I ran into Bigfoot which was nice. I had some GI issues on the way back but I got through it, pace was a struggle as my legs were just tired from the week of higher mileage. My GPS was all messed up on my watch for some reason this morning, average pace was 9:01 with a total time of 1:14:43. I finished up with some upper body and lower body weights. Good end to the week.

| Big Blue Mailbox route, I felt horrible again like I was feeling a few motnhs ago so that kinda sucked. My average pace was slow at 9:18 with a total time of 48:19, i finished up with some uppe body weights and some push-ups.

| I got Up late and I only had time for just a 6 miler. I ran into Bigfoot which made it all worth it. I need to find a reason to run othr than just do run... I need to get my motivation back some how and I don't know how to do it. My average pace was better at 8:35 with a total time of 52:56, I forgot to stop my watch on mile 3 otherwise my pace would have been 8:25.
Heres to a better week mileage wise next week.

| Pretty little Hill via canal road, I felt pretty good until the last mile or so and then the legs were getting a little tired. But it was a good morning to run with tempature feeling pretty mild for the middle of January. My average pace was 8:49 with a total time of 55:26, I finished up with some upper body weight training and some push-ups.

| Mini Gu and back to the house. I had planned on 8 miles but my legs just broke right down to nothing... So I packed it in after 6 miles, hopefully next week the old legs will feel like going more.
