| Payson Park Loop but I cut out the rollers. The old legs were rough at the start but a little better as the run went a long, still nothing to write home about... My average pace was 8:57 with a total time of 55:57, I finished up with some upper body weights and some push-ups. Its a good start to the week.

| Pretty little Hill Route in the wind. Legs are still in stiff sore and slow mode, my average pace was 9:13 with a total time of 56:32. I finished up with some upper body weights and some push-ups.

| I just ran along Salem Canal road, Legs are still feeling stiff and slow. Oh well. My average pace was 9:11 with a total time of 47:21, I finished up with some lower body weights, legs.

| Out to Gu Corner and back and then I added on a MP mile at the end, 8:00. My average pace was 8:29 with a total time of 1:17:28, I did some lower body weights to finish up. I ran into Bigfoot which made it all worth it.

| Only was able to get to the Base of Harrys hill and then I had to go home suddenly. Life can surely get in the way somtimes. Hopefully tomorrow is better. Average pace was supper slow at 9:59 with a total time of 22:12. Probably runners intution?

| Salem Days 5K route extended, I felt way better today so I'll take it as it has been far and few between for runs that felt half way decent. My average pace was 8:37 with a total time of 54:32, I finished up with some loer body weights.

| Super wet by the end but I still got her done, pace was a little slow but thats to be expected... I'm still glad I got out and ran. My average pace was 9:12 with a total time of 1:32:51, no weights today.

| Ran out towards Payson Via Canal road, I ran some quarter mile pickups toward the end of each mile on the lasr 4 miles. Legs will not turn over as quick as I'd like, i don't know why. My average pace was 9:10 with a totla time of 56:55, I finished up with some upper body weights and some push-ups. Hopefully my elgs will come around and some quickness will come back as i get more consistant.

| I am finally feeling like I am getting over this Damn Covid crap. I was able to breath okay and no tightness in the chest which is a good thing. Average pace was 9:02 with a total time of 32:07, I finished up with some upper and lower body weights and some push-ups. Hopefully I am on the right track.
