| Big Blue Mailbox route and then I was feeling decent when I got back to the hopuse I decided to tack on a little more, my last mile or so felt normal. My average pace was 9:08 with a totla time of 48:14 I finished up with some upper body weights and some push-ups. I hope I am turning the corner. but I have been waiting for that for the last 6 months so we will see.

| Out to Mini Gu corner in the afetrnoon Heat. Legs didn't break down today which was a pleasant surprise, my average pace was 8:38 with a total time of 53:06. I'm glad I fought my demons and got out today.

| Harrys hill down via Mt Loafer school and the mailboxes, pace is getting better and my legs were tired but not broken down. My average pace was 9:02 with a total time of 1:05:24, I had 2 MP Mile at 7:56, 8:09, hopefully I am getting back to normal. Hopefully...

| Out towards Payson Park and back via canal road, legs felt okay for the most part, not as good as Thursday but better than the last few months. My average pace was 8:44 with a total time of 54:34, I finished up with some upper body weights and some push-ups. A good start to the week.

| Harrys Hill up and then Woodland Hills Drive down, I felt strong on the uphill and just so so on the downhill portion. I did feel on the downhill this week than last week so I am making progress, at least I hope I am. My average pace was 8:47 with a total time of 1:02:49, I had 1 MP mile on the downhill at 7:44. I finished up with some lower body weights.

| I finally felt normal for a change... Pace was easy and controlled and my elgs didn't breakdown, my average pace was 8:20 with a total time of 59:22. I finished up with some upper body weights and some push-ups. Happy day! I'll enjoy this one for a while, it was hard earnd.

| I did not feel good at all today, I had nothing left and there was no way I could go even a step further than I did. Pretty rough. My average pace was 9:39 with a total time of 1:47:27.

| Out Past Gu Cornera nd down into the river bottoms, I fought a little rain and a little wind but all in all it was a pretty decent run for a change. I'll take this and hopefully I can work towards 20 miles in a couple of weeks. My average pace was 8:58 with a total time of 2:15:27, I just beat the 9 minute guy.

| Not feeling good. I amd for going the Marathon this year. I need to start over and see whats wrong. My aveage pace was so slow at 10:19 with a total time of 1:23:00. This is not who I am as a runner. I need to find out whats wrong.
