Harrys Hill up and then Woodland Hills Drive down, I felt strong on the uphill and just so so on the downhill portion. I did feel on the downhill this week than last week so I am making progress, at least I hope I am. My average pace was 8:47 with a total time of 1:02:49, I had 1 MP mile on the downhill at 7:44. I finished up with some lower body weights.
