Out to Gu Corner and back via canal road, I ran into Bigfoot which was nice. I had some GI issues on the way back but I got through it, pace was a struggle as my legs were just tired from the week of higher mileage. My GPS was all messed up on my watch for some reason this morning, average pace was 9:01 with a total time of 1:14:43. I finished up with some upper body and lower body weights. Good end to the week.

I got Up late and I only had time for just a 6 miler. I ran into Bigfoot which made it all worth it. I need to find a reason to run othr than just do run... I need to get my motivation back some how and I don't know how to do it. My average pace was better at 8:35 with a total time of 52:56, I forgot to stop my watch on mile 3 otherwise my pace would have been 8:25.

Pretty little Hill via canal road, I felt pretty good until the last mile or so and then the legs were getting a little tired. Out to the river bottoms again and then back to the house. I was just tired from the get go this morning but I gutted it out the best I could. Average pace was 9:05 with a total time of 1:50:18, time for a damn nap.
