| Out towards Payson and then back to the house. My legs really opened up today and the turnover and pace were like old times. My average pace was 8:14 with a total time of 59:33. I had MP miles of 8:12, 8:00, 7:58, 7:53, .20 8:09. I finished up with some upper body weights. It was a great day for me and I feel like I am makking progress.

| Pretty Little Hill extended. Turnover was pretty damn good again. My average pace was 8:39 with a total time of 1:01:37, I finished up with some lower body weights and some pushups. Last few miles were 8:11, 8:12. .15 8:15. I'll take it.

| Went over to the Spanish Fork River Trail and ran a few miles. I felt a little choppy on the first mile but then I loosened up really good. Last two miles back to the house with really good. MP 8:05, 7:46, .20 8:11. Upper body weights and some pushups to finish up. I'm glad I got out.

| Out to the River Bottoms and back. I decided to tack on one more once I got back to the house. Pace was steady and not to bad. I'm thankful for being able to finally get a double digit run in. Its been over 6 months.
