| Usual Saturday route. I was not real chipper this morning but I got her done. Its been a rough week with the colonoscoby. It really screwed up my running as I had to take it easy. My average pace was 8:58 with a total time of 1:58:11. I had to work hard to beat the 9 minute guy.

| I felt super good this morning. Had stomach issues but powered through. My average pace was 8:05 with a ttoal time of 58:33. That has to be a new course record for this route. I had 4.30 MP Miles at, 7:52, 7:56, 8:03, 7:37, .30 7:42. Its a good start to the week.

| First Payson Canyon run with Bigfoot. I actually felt pretty good for the first time down which was a pleasant surprise. My average pace was 8:00 and I wasn't trying real hard to push it. I had 5 Mp miles and they went like this, 8:05, 7:49, 7:45, 7:40, 7:53. As I get more use to the down hill I really think I'll be a lot like I was 10 years ago. Thats bmy hope anyway.

| Out towards Gu Corner and then back to the house. Legs were pretty good considering that I ran the canyon yesterday. They see, to handle the downhill just fine. My average pace was 8:33 with a total time of 1:02:27, I finished up with some lower body weights and some pushups. Its been a pretty good week for me.

| Payson Canyon with Bigfoot. Faster than last week which is great. My average pace was 7:31 with a total time of 47:41, I finished up with some upper body weights and some pushups. MP miles went like this. 7:53, 7:45, 7:30, 7:22, 7:19, 7:19, .35 7:23 more flat here. It was a good effort. I hope to keep building each week on this route.

My average pace was 8:23 with a total time of 1:08:16, I finished up with some lower body weights and some pushups. I had 1.15 MP on the last mile and a little bit. 8:00, .15 8:09. Legs felt pretty good considering the tempo run down Payson canyon yesterday. I am very pleased where I am at right now and I hope I can keep it going.

| Well I crashed hard on this one. Super hot out and I didn't fuel up very good at all yesterday and I didn't get enough water in me. Stupid me. My average pace was 8:56 with a total time of 2:06:57. Hopefully I will feel better next week and I can get to 18 miles.

I liked the effort this morning but I noticed my quads were a little fatigue this week. But I'll take it. MP mile were like so. 7:46, 7:40, 7:23, 7:23, 7:10, 7:19, .45 7:17. Al ot better than I was last year at this time. I am very thankful.

I should have done a long run this morning but I slept in and I couldnt seem to get bmy butt out the door. Next week I will be better. 13 Weeks to St George. I need to get those long runs in.
