Super tired from  all the yard work yesterday. I just have to be be smarter in my old age. I didn't fuel up at all during the yard work and I suffered today for it. My average pace was all jacked up because I forgot to turn my watch off when I stopped to take of my top and fuel up. My average pace was 8:48 with a total time of 1:56:30, I finished up with some upper body weights and some push-ups. It was a pretty good week. I missed one day of running out of laziness so I need to tighten that up going forward.

Out towards Payson Park but I cut out the rollers. My legs loosened upe after a few miles and the flow was pretty good. My aveerage pace was 8:27 with a ttoal time of 53:05, i finished up with some upper body weights. I had 2.30 MP or close to it at 8:09, 8:03, .30 8:06. Its a good start to the week.

I ran up Loafer Canyon to the gate ands then back down to the house. I felt pretty good on the way up but a little wobbly and weaker onb the way down. My average pace was 9:19 with a total time of 1:15:43, the downhill MP miles were as follows. 8:03, 7:49, 7:59, 8:06. I think I can improve on those as I get stronger. uppr body weights to finish up.

Pretty Little Hill extnded. I felt okay. I was surpised at how well I did considering I planted flowers all day... The bending and twisting usual ruins me. My average pace was 8:28 with a total time of 1:00:25.

Out to the riverbottoms and then back to the house. I was a little tired on this one but I battled through it and just kept doing my best. My average pace was 8:49 with a total time of 2:13:21. I was a little better the last few miles pace wise which was around an 8:30 pace. But man I feel super tired this week.

Harry's Hill up and down. I felt pretty good considering I did a leg workout yesterday. My average pace was 8:28 with a total time of 1:01:21, I finished with some upper body weights. MP miles were as follow, 8:08 uphill/downhill, 7:42 downhill, 7:51 flat, 7:41 flat, .25 7:44. pretty good. A little faster than last time. Upper body weights to finish up.

Out to the River bottoms and back and than I added a little more. My mom was taken to the hospital so i had to cut thimngs short... My average pace was was pretty damn good this morning at 8:23 with a total time of 1:58:45 I finished up with some lower body weights and some push ups. I had 2 MP miles or close to it which were 8:08, 8:05, .15 8:08. I feel like I am on the right track... I just need to get more consistent and not lose any days.

Usual Saturday route. Legs were tired but I didn't hit the wall or anything just tired. I'm thinking its from the increased mileage this week.
