| Out to Payson Park and back. Legs were really tired and slow but I got her done. The temps were just about perfect and it was a beautiful day. My average pace was 9:18 with a total time of 1:06:45, I finished up with some upper body weights and some pushups.

| Legs are still super tired but I did a really good job of pushing through all that crap. I ran out towasrds Gu Corner and thern back to the house. My average pace was 9:37 with a total time of 1:09:24, I finished up with some lower body weights to finish up.

| Out to GU Corner and back and then I tacked on a few around the house. I felyt okay for the most part, just trying to get use to the mileage. My average pace was 9:07 with a total time of 1:43:58, I finished up with some upper body weights and some push-ups.

| Out to Payson Park and back via canal road, I must have picked up a stomach bug... I have not felt the best the last few days but I got her done today. My average pace was 9:08 with a total time of 1:05:28, I finished up with some lower body weights. Legs were just okay. not great but okay.

| Out to Pretty Little Hill and back. I ran some pickups for two of the miles kind of like last week. Those miles were 7:55, 7:40, I just tried to be controlled with each pickup and then a 60 to 90 second rest between each one. My average pace was 8:40 with a total time of 1:02:39, I finished up with some upper body weights and some push-ups.

| Out to my usual route and then added a little when I got back to the house... I felt decent and stronger at the end which was nice but tired at the same time if that makes sense. My average pace was 9:01 with a total time of 1:58:18. I finished up with some lower body weights. A decent week mileage wise. I need to step it up though as the summer goes a long.

| Harry's Hill down via Mt Loafer school. I had 1 MP on the downhill at 8:06 with my average pace being 9:19 with a total time of 1:07:01. I finished up with some upper and lower body weights. It was a good mixture of up hill and downhill and I felt okay just a little tired in the legs.

| Usual route down into the river bottoms and the back via canal road. Was feeling alright until the 3 or so miles and then I kinda hit a nini wall but i battled through it and got her done. My average pace was slower than usual at 9:17 with a total time of 2:20:32. Pretty good week. sworking my way towards 40 Miles.
