| Out towards Payson. The legs were not having it this morning... I had to work hard to beat the 10 minute guy.... Shit I'm getting old. My average pace was 9:57 with a total time of 1:02:17, I finished up with some upper body weights and some pushups. Its a good start to th week.

| My legs felt decent today so I tried some speed work. 4 mile Progression run, 8:30, 8:08, 7:56, 8:08. Breathing was a little labored but not to bad. My average pace was 8:45 with a total time of 1:03:09, I finished up with some upper body weights and some pushups. It was a decent effort and I'm happy with it.

| Slow and tired. Its tough running this slower pace. Nor sure what has happened and I am not sure why I have slowed so much. Oh well. My average pace was 9:44 with a total time of 1:01:07.

| I felt the same as yesterday but slower and more tired... My average pace was 9:59 with a total time of 1:53:15, I finished up with some lower body weights. A slow day a few years ago was a 9 minute pace... It sucks. Oh well such is life.

| Out to Payson Park and back... I felt pretty decent. Lower left leg issue seems to be getting better so hopefully it won't be a problem. My average pace was 8:51 with a total time of 1:04:53, I finished up with upper body weights and some push-ups.

| Struggled today. I must have a stomach bug or something.... I litterially would try to refuel and it would just go roght through me. Oh well. I got as musg done as I could. Forgot to stop my watch on several of the stops. Average pace was 10:03 with a total time of 1:42:02, lower body weights to finish up. I'm glad i'm home! Hopefully I will be nore consistant next week.

| I just ran along Canal road. My stomach is still a little yucky but I got through it. My pace wasn't bad at all. I didn't eat much yeaterday so that was a nice suprise. My lower leg was tolerable as well. My average pace was 9:02 with a total time of 47:01, I finished up with some upper body weights and some push-ups. Its a good start to the week.

| Pretty Little Hill and then I exended when I got home. I felt pretty decent for the mosy part. I ran into Tom Lee. It was good to see him out and about. My average pac ewas 9:05 with a total time of 55:38.

| Out to Gu Corner and then back to the house and then I ran a 2 mile loop. My average pace was 9:04 with a total time of 1:31:41, I finishe up with some upper and lower body weights and some push-ups. I actually felt pretty good but I had to many potty breaks again and then I feel depleted, a little frustrating but it is what it is.
