| Out towards Mini Gu Corner and back. Left leg was tweaked for some reason on the oustide of my thigh and my buttuck muscle... Its sucked. I just had to go super slow and drag the damn thing along. My average pace was 10:23 with a total time of 45:18. I road the Peloton for 20 minutes after the run. My leg didn't hurt doing that. Hopefully this won't be to big of a problem going forward.

| Out towards Mini Gu Corner and back, I did not fell real great but I got her done. My average pace was 9:35 with a total time of 49:58, I finished up with some upper body weights and some push-ups. I have slowed a good minute slower per mile average on these easy runs than I was pre covid... It sucks. Not sure if it will ever get back to where I was before.
