Pretty Little Hill via canal road, I just tried to run by feel and not look at my watch. I was surprised by my pace and I felt pretty good this morning, I finiahed up with some upper body weight training and some psuh-ups. My average pace was 8:26 with a total time of 45:07.

Out to Mini Gu corner and back, I fought the wind the whole and it was tough but I got her done. I had a cramp in my left calf the last mile or so but I just ran through it and I hope it will go away, I need to get more water in my diet. My average pace 8:37 with a total time of 52:45, I finished up with some upper body weight training and some push-ups.

Salem Days 5K route extended. I felt really good today and the pace was better than I have been so I am going in the right direction. My average pace was 8:21 with a total time of 51:16, I had 2 MP Miles at 8:00, 8:02. Good start to the week.

I headed out just at sunset but I wanted to get something in today so I ran out to the T and back. I had some pain again in my ITband but it loosened as I went. Pretty windy on the way out but had a tail wind on the way back which helped me with the pace. My average pace was 8:57 with a total time of 31:31.

Pretty Little Hill route via canal road. It was super windy but I really battled through it and I was pretty proud of myself for staying with it. Pace was slower because of the windy conditons at 8:46 with a total time of 54:01, I finished up with some upper body weight training and some push-ups.
