Out to Mini Gu corner and back, I fought the wind the whole and it was tough but I got her done. I had a cramp in my left calf the last mile or so but I just ran through it and I hope it will go away, I need to get more water in my diet. My average pace 8:37 with a total time of 52:45, I finished up with some upper body weight training and some push-ups.
