| Out Past Mini Gu Towards Gu Corner, I felt a little weak on the last few miles but thats to be expected where I haven't ate alot in that last few days. My average pace was 8:47 with a total time of 1:04:00, I finished up with some upper body weight training and some push-ups.

| I cut back a little today as I'm still not feeling that great form having the flu, mya verage pace nive and easy at 9:01 with a total time of 47:02. I finished up with some upper body weight training and some push-ups.

| I just ran along Canal road and took it nice and easy, beautiful morning. My average pace was 9:03 with a total time of 30:18, I finished up with some upper body weight training and some push-ups.

| Usual Route down into the riverbottoms, very difficult run and the old legs were super tired and very heavy. Its just sheer determination that got me through this run and thats about it. My average pace was slow at 9:10 with a total time of 2:00:46, a pretty good weak mileage wise so that is a good thing.

| I felt really good this afternoon and my pace was really upbeat and I had really good rhythm, my average pace was 8:21 with a total time of 1:01:07. I had 1 MP mile at the end at 7:59, I finished up with some upper body weight training and some push-ups. A great start to the week.
