| Out towards Payson via canal road. My average pace was 9:29 with a total time of 49:18, I finished with some upper body weights and some pushups. Its a good start to the week. Legs and foot were pretty stiff and sore and would just never loosen up but I got her done.

| Out towards Payson Park but I cut out the rollers... My average pace was 9:10 with a total time of 57:49, I finished up with some lower body weights and band work. I'm glad I got out. My legs were not as frisky as they were the previous few days but I'll take it.

| Mini Gu Corner and then back to the house. I felt okay. Tires but better turnover on the way back. Last mile was like old times, 8:30... My average pace was 9:07 with a total time of 56:03, I finished up with some upper and lower body weights and some pushups. I also did the bands. I had a prretty good week. At least for me anyway.

| Payson Park Loop but I stopped short of the park. Legs were clunky and sloppy but pace was still tolerable. My average pace 9:04 with a total time of 57:02, I finished up with some upper body weights, some pushups and then band work. Its a good start to the week.

| Salem Days 5K route in reverse and extended. I felt really good on this one and my legs were pretty good tunover wise. I did well on the uphill portions and on the flatter places. My average pace was 8:35 with a total time of 54:33, Ifinished up with some upper and lower body weights and band training. It was a good day.

| Payson park loop but I stopped short. My average pace was 9:00 with a total time of 56:35, I finished up with some upper body weights and some pushups. The last couple of miles my stride opened up a little morre than normal which was a nice surprise. Slowly progressing in the right direction. My weight is at 179.

| I felt really good this morning... Turnover was great and stride felt longer and more fluid. My average pace was 8:24 with a total time of 52:40, I had 3 MP miles in there at, 8:09, 8:09, 7:56, .30 7:52. It was like old times out there. It felt like 2019. HAHA.

| Harrys Hill up! I felt good on the upohill and the downhill and pretty good on the flat too. I had some MP miles again today. 7:53, 8:15, 8:05, 8:04, .20 8:14. Upper and lower body weights and pushups and some band work. Another good week. Hopefully I can stay improving and getting stronger. My average pace was 8:43 with a total time of 1:11:54. I felt like I couldv'e kept going which means I am getting stronger.
