Went over to the Spanish Fork River Trail and ran a few miles. I felt a little choppy on the first mile but then I loosened up really good. Last two miles back to the house with really good. MP 8:05, 7:46, .20 8:11. Upper body weights and some pushups to finish up. I'm glad I got out.

Out to the River Bottoms and back. I decided to tack on one more once I got back to the house. Pace was steady and not to bad. I'm thankful for being able to finally get a double digit run in. Its been over 6 months.

I felt pretty damn good thgis morning. Thankful. My average pace was 8:16 with a total time of 34:18, Ifinished with some upper body weights and some pushups. I had 2 MP at 8:08, 8:02.

Out to the River Bottoms and then back to the house. I tacked on another one once I got back to the house. My pace was nice and steady and i felt like I could have kept going. progress. My average pace was 8:27 with a total time of 1:34:06, I finished up with some lower body weights and some pushups. This was a cut back week for me but I'll be back at it next week.

Out towards Payson in the sfternoon. I felt great again and my pace has come to where it was 7 yeasr ago. I'm super happy about that! My average pace was 8:13 with a total time of 51:42, I finished up with some upper body weights and some pushups. 3 MP miles at 8:08, 8:03, 7:55, .30 7:55. Great run!

Out to Pretty Little Hill and then extended past the house for a few more. My average pace was 8:20 with a total time of 59:26. I finished up with some upper and lower body weights and some pushups. I had 2 MP miles at 8:06, 8:03. I felt a little tired to day and not as frisky in the leg department. But it was a still a good run.

Out past Mini Gu corner and then back to the house. I felt pretty good and I was surprised that the wind wasn't much of a factor which was nice. We all kno how much i hate the wind! Harry's Hill up. I had tired legs this morning but I was still faster on this route compared to a year ago... I am getting more like I was pre-covid which is hopefull goal. My average pace was 8:46 with a total time of 1:02:36, I finished up with some lower body weights and some pushups. I had 1 MP mile on the downhill at 7:49. I am hoping to improve on this as the year progresses.

I didnt get to sleep until 2am and then I didn't fuel up at all yesterday but I got her done. Out to the riverbottoms and back and then added a little after getting back to the house. My average pace was 8:48 with a total time of 1:39:13, slower but that's okay.

I felt super good on this one. Harrys hill up and I was a good minute faster going up than I was last week. Downhill was okay but on the flat my pace was super good. Better than the downhill mile. Feeling really good. I hope it continues. My average pace was 8:17 with a total time of 59:19. My MP miles were, 7:53uphill /downhill, 7:36 Downhill/flat, 7:44 Flat, 7:37 flat .15 7:56. I would like the downhill to be better but my stride was a little clunky on the downhill. I need to work on that. Lower body weights to finish up. I was super happy about the effort.

Out to Payson Park and back. I just tried to keep the pace easlier this morning. My legs were pretty tired from the hill and pace work yesterday. My average pace was 9:00 with a total time of 1:05:04, I finished up with some upper body weights and some push-ups.

Pretty Little Hill extended. A littler tired again in the legs. Stride was a little clunky and not very fluid. At least not like if was on Tuesday. Then last few miles a little more normal pace wise but the fluid motion was still not really great. I'm happy I got out though. My average pace was 8:43 with a total time of 1:02:40 I finished up with some lower body weights and some pushups.
