| Pretty little Hill route with the extension, I felt okay and it was a decent run. My average pace was 8:35 with a total time of 53:12, it was another beautiful afternoon.

| I ran out to the river bottoms, I felt pretty good on the way out but not so good on the way back... The last 3 miles were a death march but I was able to get her done. My average pace was 8:49 with a total time of 1:29:41, I was able to get done just before it started to really rain hard again so that was a plus.

| I ran out to mini Gu Corner and back, just the usual Tuesday run. I felt pretty darn good and the pace was upbeat, atleast for me anyway, HA. My aveage pace was 8:23 with a total time of 51:26, this is where I have been wanting to get but I can't do that pace everyday so I need to get more consistant with my daily runs and not keep missing one or two days a week.

| Payson Park loop and back but I cut out the rollers, I felt pretty good again and the pace was upbeat. My average pace was 8:24 with a total time of 52:37, I finished up with some upper body weight training and some push-ups.

| Out to mini Gu and back, I didn't feel real great on the way out but then things really kicked in on the way back so that was nice. My average pace was 8:31 with a total time of 52:17 its been a good 3 days in a row.

| Out to the river bottoms and back and then I felt pretty good so I ran a few more around the house, I felt pretty good and my aveage pace was pretty upbeat at least for me anyway. Average pace was 8:25 with a total time of 1:42:05, I finished up with some upper body weight training and some push-ups. It was a decent week of training and I'm really happy with the effort.

| I ran the Payson Park loop but I cut out the rollers, it was sure a beautiful morning and it was great to be out. My legs were still a little tired from Saturday but the pace was still decent, at least for this old man anyway. My average pace was 8:42 with a total time of 54:17, I finished up with some upper body weight training and then some push-ups. It is a good start to the week.

| I ran out to the top of pretty little hill and then back to the house, I was tired at first but then I felt pretty good the last few miles. It was a beautiful afternoon. My average pace was 8:33 with a total time of 45:23.

| I ran my regular Saturday route out to the river bottoms and then back to the house, I then tacked on a few more out to the old barn on Salem Canal road. I felt okay but my legs were a little tired the last few miles, my average pace was 8:28 with a total time of 1:43:39, I finished up with some upper body weight training and then some push-ups. Its been a pretty good week I just need to get in another day during the week and step it up to 5 days a week.

| I ran the Payson park loop and extended all the way to the park, I felt really good and my last 4 miles were sub 8:15 mile which is pretty good for this old man with no talent. My average pace was 8:21 with a total time of 1:00:11, I had one MP mile at the end, 7:58, I finsihed up with some upper body weight training and some push-ups. Last week was a bust as I had stomach issues, I hope that never happens again but I'm back on the horse so to speak.
