Out to the river bottoms and back and then I felt pretty good so I ran a few more around the house, I felt pretty good and my aveage pace was pretty upbeat at least for me anyway. Average pace was 8:25 with a total time of 1:42:05, I finished up with some upper body weight training and some push-ups. It was a decent week of training and I'm really happy with the effort.
