Out towards Mini Gu after work. A little clunky at first but then better as the run went on. My average pace was 9:08 with a total time with 39:27, I finished up with some upper body weights and some push-ups.

Been Sick for the last 10 days... I can't seem to shake it. Hopefully I am on the mend... My average pace was 9:18 with a total time of 32:17. I finished up with some lower body weights. Im sick of being sick.

Out towards Mini Gu Corner. Just trying to get better and getting something in. My average pace was 9:16 with a total time of 39:48,Ii finished up with some upper body weights and some push-ups. Hopefully I feel better Monday and can get back in to a better routine.

Out towards Payson on a mostly finished salem canal road. Its about time! Still struggling to get over this cold but Hopefully I'm getting there. My average pace 9:22 with a total time of 40:08, I finished up with some upper body weights and some push-ups.
