I felt okay though the half but then it was pretty rough after that. I started to have calf problems and then my ankle started to get sore. My calf soreness was on the same side as my bad ankle so it made it pretty tough, but I just did my best and kept moving forward, so I could finish and I accomplished that. I'm writing this on Friday and my quads have recovered nicely and I might try some running next week but I need to let this damn ankle have some time off to get a 100%. So I might just shut things down for a while and just take it easy. But, I'll see how it goes.
