| Out past the old barn on canal and then back. Legs were a little looser this morning. Not sure what to expect on Saturday but I will do my best. I had to cut back some the lasy month or so as I have been fighting this damn injury. My average pace was 9:08 with a total time of 28:40. Upper body weights and some pushups to finish.

| 35 Minutes on the elliptical and then lower body weights to finishe up, right lower leg seems to be coming around so I might try a run in the morning.

| I felt decent through about 6 miles but then the wheels started to come off. Lack of downhill training will do that! I was proud of myself for not run walking I just tried to keep the old legs a moving the best I could. I feel like this is course that I could do well on with the proper training.
I'm going to take a few days off and let the quads get better.

| Out to Mini Gu Corner and back. Lower left leg seemed like it was good but we will see. My average pace was 9:20 with a total time of 57:17, I finished up with some upper body weights and some pushups. Legs were tired like they were the last 5k of the race a few weeks ago. I sure wish they would come back to how they use to be I'm a good minute slower on my easy runs and about 2 minutes as far as race pace is... Not sure why.
