| Out to Mini Gu Corner and back, I felt okay for the most part but tired towards the end. I have a lot of work to do... My average pace was 9:07 with a total time of 55:07, I finished up with upper and lower body weights.

| Out towards Payson and then back to the house. I then ran down to the storage unit. My average pace was slow at 9:32 and total time of 39:55. No strength training today.

| Elliptical for 55 minutes and then upper body weights and some push-ups to finish up. To damn wet and rainy outside for this old man. Something is better than nothing at all.

| Out to Mini Gu Corner and back. I felt horrible on the way out but much better on the way back... The last few were more normal and fluid. My average pace was 9:17 with my last mile in the 8:12 range so that was a positive. Total time was 57:00, I finished up with some lower body weights to finish up.

| Payson Park Loop but I stop short. I felt pretty good and the legs are responding better. My average pace was 9:09 with a total time of 57:03, I finished up with some upper body weights and some push-ups.

| Pretty Little Hill extended. I elt pretty good but my breathing is a little behind the pace that my legs were going, but it was better towards the end and my pace was quicker so maybe I was starting to settle in. My average pace was 9:04 with a total time of 55:18, it was a beautiful day.

| Out to Gu Corner and back. This is the longest run I have had in a while and I felt pretty good as far as pace was concern. At least for me anyway... I had some sub 8:30 miles in there which was kinda nice. My average pace was 8:44 with a total time 1:11:13, it was a good run for me.
