I decided to go a little further today and test out the foot. It was about like Thursday just a little achy but was tolerable. My average pace was 9:14 with a total time of 56:41. I finished up with some upper body and lower body weights and some pushups. hopefully my foot will continue to get better.

Out to Mini Gu corner and back. I felt really good today and my tunrover was like old times from 5 years ago... I sure hope it continues. My average pace was 8:47 with a total time of 54:05. i finished up with some upper and lower body weights and some pushups. It was a good way to end the week. Dropping the weight has seemed to help so we will see if it continues to help as I continue to lose it.

Elliptical for 30 minutes max 10 on resistance and then the peloton for a 20 minute ride. 40 Resistance. 5.60 mile averag 17 MPH. Thats all I can do with my foot. It hurts to run on it.
