| I was having a tough day this morning, I had to fast most of the day yesterday and it just really zapped my legs and my energy level... The first 10 miles were pretty tough but then My legs came out of it a little bit and my last 4 miles were a little better. I wanted to get 16 miles but my first 10 miles were to slow and I just ran out of time, to much going on the rest of the day. My average pace was 9:17 with a total time of 2:11:01 my last 4 miles were all in the 8:30 plus range so I hung in there the best I could today.

| I ran the Big Blue mailbox route this morning, the first couple of miles I was a little clunky but then I was able to get into a pretty good rhythm for the rest of the run. My average pace was 8:36 with a total time of 57:24, I had a few of the miles in the sub 8:20 range which was nice and they weren't to labored either.

| Just a little run out past the stake center to test my achilles tendon, it loosened up after a few miles but I am not running down Payson Canyon with the group tomorrow. I don't want to chance it. So I will run my regular route and just stay on the flat. My average pace today was 8:37 with a total time of 39:38.

| I did not have a very good run this morning... My legs were just did from the get go and my pace got slower with each mile. I'll just chalk it up to one of those day.

| I broke in some new shoes, Achilles felt okay and the pace was decent. My average pace was 8:36 with a total time of 52:49, I ran out to Mini Gu and then back to the house via canal road. Beautiful morning.

| I ran Loafer Canyon this morning and I ran from my house all the way up to the gate, very steep, my legs felt okay on the way up but on the way down it was a death march, they must have been wasted from the uphill. My average pace was 9:28 with a total time of 1:13:55. Pretty rough.

| I ran out to Mini Gu Corner and then back to the house, I ran a little further than I should have this morning as my legs were etill trashed from yesterdat's run. My average pace was nice and easy at 9:17 with a total time of 56:41. I realized that I have been posting on the wrong days this week, this should be on thursday's not fridays but I'm not going to go and change all the days and re-enter so I will keep it as is.

| I ran the Payson Park loop but I didn't extend to the park, my Achilles felt marginal but then again I haven't run since Thursday. My average pace was 8:37 with a total time of 53:45, not to bad time wise but my legs didn't feel strong by any means, I will be walking some of the marathon no doubt. I would like to just get more consistent, I think I might run the Snow Canyon Half the first part of November. I ran that race last year and I really liked the course.

| I ran out to Gu Corner and then back to the house, I felt pretty old and tired and out of shape. I will just have to do my best to get through the marathon next week, I just want to get to the 10 year club so I just need to finish to get another one under my belt. My average pace was 8:40 with a total time of 1:11:46.

| I ran out past the stake center and towards Mini Gu, I felt okay and my achilles was marginal but runnable so I hope I can get through the full 26.2 on saturday. I know I will even if I have to walk some I will get her done! My average pace was 8:38 with a total time of 35:32, I will run a few miles tomorrow and then that will be it until race day...

| I ran a little shake out run out to the old barn on canal road, I just tried to run a pace that was comfortable and I was pleasantly surprised. My average pace was 8:25 with a total time of 17:43, I guess bring on Saturday and lets see how it goes.
